Project Overview: The project is located in a food processing plant in Lianjiang, Zhanjiang. Zhuhai Pengpai Refrigeration undertakes the overall design, equipment supply, installation, construction, and commissioning delivery. According to the production process of the food factory, a dual temperature zone combined cold storage is created: one quick freezing warehouse and one frozen storage warehouse, meeting the integrated production needs of fast freezing of food and long-term low-temperature storage of finished products, and complying with the cold chain hygiene and safety regulations of the food processing industry. Project requirements: The customer's food production and processing require rapid freezing and freshness locking of the product, which is then transferred to the warehouse for long-term storage; Require stable storage temperature, fast cooling speed, reliable equipment operation, adaptability to continuous production operations in factories, reduction of product dry consumption and loss, and guarantee food quality. Quick freezing warehouse: Ultra low temperature quick freezing conditions enable rapid freezing of food, reducing the center temperature of the product to below -18 ℃ in a short period of time, locking in the original flavor of ingredients, reducing juice loss, and adapting to batch production and processing in factories. Frozen storage: Standard low-temperature storage, used for large-scale storage of finished products after quick freezing, with constant temperature and small temperature fluctuations, meeting the long-term storage and turnover of finished products, ensuring the shelf life of goods, and adapting to the factory's normal outbound shipment. The entire cold storage adopts high-density insulation board, which has excellent sealing and insulation performance; Equipped with professional refrigeration units, air coolers, pressure balance windows, cold storage doors, intelligent electronic control systems, supporting real-time temperature monitoring, automatic defrosting, simple operation, and convenient daily use and management by factory personnel.
